What is Scan2Lead?

With Scan2Lead you will digitally retrieve all of the visitors’ information at your booth. Especially during the post-processing of the event you will benefit from Scan2Lead. With one of our solutions you will gain your visitors’ information complete, in real time and digitally available for further processing.

Receive your visitors' information in real time

With Scan2Lead you receive your visitors' information in real time simply by scanning the barcode on the visitors' badges. You can easily revise and complement these data to retrieve all relevant information about each visitor in only a few seconds. All visitor information scanned by your stand personnel can be accessed from your personal Scan2Lead PORTAL, exported as an Excel-file and integrated into your CRM or campaign systems.

Scan2Lead SMART

  • retrieve all of your visitors’ information with an app on your smartphone or tablet (iOS/ Android)

  • convenient especially for staff with very intense client contact
  • costs: EUR 149* (includes: data service and 1 licence per device)

  • scan your visitors’ badges with small mobile handheld scanners (no connection to the internet or computer/ mobile device necessary)
  • supplement of data possible by scanning customized lead forms
  • very simple handling, e.g. with a large amount of visitors
  • costs: EUR 199 (includes: data service, 1 Scan2Lead scanner with licence)


  • scan your visitors’ badges with handheld scanners plugged into your laptop
  • enhancement of your leads at the click of a mouse at your laptop possible
  • best solution for fixed work stations, e.g. at the reception desk
  • costs: EUR 299* (includes: data service, 1 licence, software, 1 tethered scanner)

All information at a glance—Scan2Lead PORTAL

All data is collected and stored centralized in your web portal. Export your leads into an Excel-file and import all data and information into your CRM system. You can also configure your individual lead form in your web portal according to your needs.

Hereby, your conversation techniques get more efficient, results are recorded immediately during the talk and follow-ups are defined. Furthermore, you can also use the portal’s various features for analyses and stats which make it easier for you to evaluate and document the event.
